  • Tuning Trainer combines Ear Training, Audio-Visual Tuning (with a pitch reference and tuner), and instrument-specific knowledge to give students the full picture of how tuning works.

    Exercises are created to be engaging and bite-sized so that a little work regularly goes a long way for a difference you and your students will hear.

  • Step 1: Teachers will pay for and create a school account.
    Step 2: Students will join that account using unique school code.

    From there, students do great work and the results show up in the teacher dashboard.

  • We will have a great starting group of lessons for all instruments in mid-September. From there, Tuning Trainer will grow regularly, with the full catalog available by Dec. 1.

    The Beginner Curriculum will be ready at the start of November.

  • All levels of students can benefit from using Tuning Trainer. The curriculum is rich, deep, ever-growing, and interactive. As their playing abilities grow, their need for different concepts will change. Tuning Trainer is right there with them.

    What about Beginning Students?

    When it is available, we even recommend you utilize our Beginning Curriculum, as students can play in tune from the early stages with some guidance.

    IN FACT, we believe it is terrific ear training and great for fundamental development for beginners to play in an environment that has a good pitch center from the early stages.
